To Our Customers
The Recurring payments and ACH options have been SHUT OFF on this portal. If you're interested in recurring payments, please visit our website www.hooksettsewer.com, go to billing and look for the ACH form. Send us the form with a canceled check and we can set you up. There are no fees for this service.
There is a fee for using the credit card or e-check option to pay your sewer bill. This fee is NOT collected by the Hooksett Wastewater Facility but by the business it has contracted with to bring you this service. Unfortunately this fee is non-negotiable as the company charges the facility based on the number of customers that could use the service. As there are roughly 3000 sewer customers, our fees will be higher than such entities as Eversource or Verizon that have tens of thousands of customers.
CUSTOMERS WITH MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS: There is not a “batch payment” option to pay for all of your accounts at one time. The transaction fee will be charged for each account you pay for.
Credit Card Payments: You will be charged $3.95 per transaction or 3% of the total bill, whichever is larger.
E-Check Payments: You can pay your bill directly from your bank account for a fee of $1.50. You can NOT use the Quick Pay option to pay with an e-check. You must register and create an account.
